THE ENQUIRY

After receiving your email or telephone enquiry a convenient time and date are arranged for an in-house survey where accurate dimensions can be taken and discussions made about your own requirements and ideas. The survey usually takes about an hour depending upon the size and complexity of the project.

Back at the office using state of the art computer technology our designer can then prepare a unique design with a detailed estimate based upon those dimensions and ideas. The fully prepared estimate and design is usually prepared within a few days and sent to you so that you can see and discuss our proposal without salesman presence or pressure.

Any queries or changes are easily attended to and implemented. Another visit to the home is arranged when samples of the proposals are brought to you to see the actual style, finish and quality, and also to discuss any other details as necessary.

Our designers and installers are all in constant contact
with the office ensuring
immediate personal attention at all times.
